| Summer: Krayon Kids Handwriting Camp |

Krayon Kids Handwriting Camp utilizes the Handwriting Without Tears® curriculum developed by Jan Z. Olsen, OTR and Emily F. Knapton, OTR/L. The curriculum focuses on introducing the alphabet in a developmentally-appropriate sequence using hands-on and multi-sensory resources. Krayon Kids is designed for preschool and kindergarten-aged children and will utilize the Get Set for School workbook. Camp content will focus on developing skills such as pre-writing strokes and shapes with an introduction to capital letters and numbers in order to prepare your child’s little fingers for kindergarten handwriting. KCC occupational therapist Chris Purgatori, M.S., OTRL, and two assistant counselors will facilitate camp.
