We are pleased to offer observation opportunities to speech/language and occupational therapy students looking for observation hours, or for those considering a career in those fields.

Observations days take place once per month, generally on alternating second Wednesdays and Thursdays (see schedule below). We offer a morning session from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and an afternoon session from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Observers for speech/language will view several individual sessions and therapists. Occupational therapy observers will spend their time in the OT gym, sometimes experiencing many sessions at once. Observation hours wrap up with a short Q&A session with a therapist if time and availability permit. We recommend that observers bring paper and pen for note taking.

Please note: observers do not have any contact with the children.
