The Kaufman Children's Center offers applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs with a specialization in applied verbal behavior (AVB) for children on the autism spectrum. Experienced board-certified behavior analysts and speech-language pathologists help children to understand and use language for functional and social communication. We have a variety of programs to fit your family's needs.
Center-Based: TrainIn ABA/AVB Program
The TrainIn program is a four week, intensive, center-based program specifically designed for each child that can be transitioned to each child's home/school setting at the program's conclusion. Families/home teaching staff may need additional training on the principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to implement a complete program in the home setting.

In Home: HomeRun ABA/AVB Program
HomeRun is an ABA/AVB program that begins with the family hiring a teacher to work in their home with their child. The family and teacher are trained by KCC staff and supported with monthly visits to provide feedback, ongoing training, guidance regarding the direction of goals, and ensure that progress is being made toward the child’s established goals.
